Vintage Genuine sterling silver/cultured pearl brooch

vintage genuine sterling silver and cultured pearl wreath brooch, very beautiful, the back pin has a circle latch hook in very good pre-owned condition there are markings on the bottom square in the back I believe they are numbers can't quite make them out I found the same exact pin on another website and they said it was genuine sterling silver and cultured a I just couldn't find the s marking for Sterling silver, but I do believe it is just by the weight in the beautiful silver truly a beautiful piece measures about 1 1/2 in diameter vintage genuine sterling silver & cultured pearls wreath brooch
