Vintage Geoffrey Beene Blouse

This vintage Geoffrey Beene Sportswear Blouse is an off-white/creme color in a lace pattern. As written recently in the New York Times, more designers are using lace in their work, "motivated by both personal nostalgia and a longing for the tactile and handmade . . . " It is a size 8 but should also fit a size 10. Made in South Korea of 65% rayon, 20% nylon, 15% wool. Made in South Korea. With the wool, it is a perfect top for fall to use under a jacket or sweater. There is a barely noticeable slub in the front that is natural to the fabric (see photo). In good vintage condition, gently worn.
