Vintage Georgia Tech Cropped Shirt

I bought this cropped shirt at a vintage thrifting shop. so I was not the one to cut it, but I will say it does not fray at all. It just looks a little choppy but overall a straight and even cut. You will notice some stains on the neckline from makeup i will try to remove them so If you have any questions please feel free to comment and i will update you in the comments about the stain removal process.
