Vintage German Silver Mesh Chain Purse-damaged

Vintage German Silver Mesh Chain Purse This has been on a shelf in my closet for decades. It needs TLC. The pictures show the defects: 1. the green discoloration on the corner 2. the purse is very dark, but I polished the frame/hard parts just a bit, and it looks to come very shiny 3. there are a handful of chain sections that are not hooked to the frame 4. one of the balls on the clasp is scuffed 5. the frame is slightly bent Looks like it could be lovely, just not for me. I don't know the original price, but I do see refurbished purses like these on ebay, asking price is $250 or more.
