Vintage Ghost puff sleeve midi dress

Gorgeous vintage dress I purchased from Pilgrim in NYC and never had a chance to wear. Ghost London. No size but I am 5’9/size 10-12 and it fits well. Viscose. Details like pleated chest and sleeves, high/mock neck, puff sleeves, cinched waist, bias cut skirt, and a fluted, uneven hemline.
