Vintage Gibsons Staffordshire England Georgian Teapot
This beautiful teapot is white bone china with a fluted body and gold flower designs and trim. The bottom has a gold stamp, handwritten W721 C (or possibly G?) and indentations that I can't read (see pic). The row of gold flowers and leaves are the same design on both sides and it has a gold spout, gold on the outside of the handle, around the top edge, around the lip of the lid opening and on the lid knob. It is in very good condition, as it has been a decoration for decades.
From the internet: The Georgian Gibson Teapot with the reference W721 was made in England. While I couldn’t find an exact production date for this specific teapot, it likely dates back to the early to mid-20th century.
