Vintage “Gilead” Brand Pink Floral Dress w/ Jacket 1970s summer housecoat

Vintage 1970s sleeveless dress with matching jacket and belt. Zip up back dress. Marked as vintage size small. Jacket has some slight stain marks that don’t show on outside. Please review photos carefully. Color is a peachy coral pink. Fabric is slightly transparent so maybe a slip is needed or this be used as pajamas. Length of dress is approximately 53” Waist is approximately 14” across lying flat Bust approximately 15.5” across lying flat. Dress has side slits about 13” long Let me know if you have any questions!
