Vintage Gio blue marquise stone cocktail ring. Size 6.25. Gold plated multi stone cluster setting with center navette stone surrounded by 8 small rhinestones. Signed Gio on interior of band. Love how the deep blue color illuminates in the light as seen in last pic. Excellent vintage conditio with some wear of gold tone on back of band, but not noticeable from front when worn.
