Elastic waist. for comfort. Couldn't find a fabric tag, feels like wool. I believe this was made in the 70s because of the bohemian vibe. A subtle quilt skirt before it's time. The squares have paisley, floral and geometric prints, and patterns. They are outlined with a ribbon. Really good vintage condition, with no holes or stains.
