Vintage Girls Dance Recital Leotard 20" Long Tiara

From the early 1980's, my wife actually wore this as a young girl. I can't locate a size tag but my wife estimates the size for about an 8 year old girl. It's approximately 20" long and the tiara is approximately 4.5" in diameter. The only tag I could locate indicates made in the USA and that it should be hand washed.
