True vintage early 1989/90 because it's mine from the communion. Traditional Communion or church formal dress. Measurements: 13" Pit to Pit 23.5" Length from neckline to bottom. It has the lace bodice area is lined with a pouffy SATIN SHINE skirt bottom. Lined and with taffeta so it has a full bottom. Off white in color but can be brought to a bright white or altered. (Has been cleaned but additional recommended. Girls size 8-10. Traditional Dress that can be customized or altered, still.
