This is 1980s vintage glam beaded dress by Lawrence Kazar. She is one of a kind. She is fully beaded. Has shoulder pads and her zipper and clasp work. She is old and has been worn. There is wear that shows from this. See pictures. I do not see any missing beads or sequins.
