My daughter bought it from a Vintage Shoppe in Texas it's an amazing dress the top has a tiny snag but it's not really noticeable (pictured above). It is black and the belt is included. Laying flat this measures armpit to armpit 18 inches 15 unstretched 18 stretched from shoulder to hem its 42 inches and it's a circle skirt perfect for twirling the night away! The fabric the best to my knowledge is Polyester
