Vintage butterfly necklace

POSSIBLY brass? Or, gold plated brass? Or gold plated unknown metal.. idk regardless of what metal it is.. this is such a beautiful necklace. Good quality & doesn’t turn my neck green or cause any sensitivity issues! This is a beautiful vintage piece regardless of whether it’s real gold/ diamond, brass or gold plated.. It was passed down to me from my great aunt, she LOVED jewelry.. I hope this finds a good home 🥰 it has been re-worked. You can see in the photo that a jeweler soldered the butterfly back to the chain.. slightly off-set… it’s absolutely adorable & is perfect for layering necklaces
