Beautiful vintage brooch or pendant with stylized features that are reminiscent of a bow or a flower. Likely from about 1940s Secure locking clasp for using as a brooch. Bail or bale on back to allow you to also use it as a pendant on a necklace. Believed that the stones are either aquamarines or turquoise colored glass Perfect as a gift for those born in March, as Aquamarine is their birthstone! The 1/20 12KTG means that it is gold filled, not 100% real gold. Gold filled is better quality than gold plated and will last longer. The brooch is has the signature mark of Carl Art jewellery - 1/20 12KTG CA with arrow. Carl-Art was founded in 1936 by Carl Schraysshuen and Arther Loercher in Providence, Rhode Island.
