Vintage Gold Filled Etruscan R Initial Bar Pin Collar Brooch Pearls

Vintage to antique pin or brooch. This is either gold wash or gold plated. Etruscan style with a block “R” in the center. Two small stones on each side of the “R”. Not certain what they are. One looks like a small pearl but I cannot tell. The R is silvertone. Measures approximately 2” in width Vintage used condition with a bit of visible wear (looks to have been polished and some of the gold is off) consistent with age and use but lots of life left. Please note this is a vintage item. I do my best to describe accurately any visible defects, stains, rips, or tears but there may be wear appropriate to age and use .
