This is a short, high neck, vintage gold floral dress. It was worn once, ordered fitted to my measurements. The measurements are 34-28-30, but I will say that the hip measurement doesn't matter much as it flows out just past the waist. The material is not very stretchy but I would say there's about an inch of give. I'm 5'8 and it stops a little below my knees. (I suggest only buying if you are a C cup or have a padded bra to wear with it.)
