Handkerchief botton to the top, with a matching layer across the bodice ending with fringe. Bodice is lined - arms are not, which will show off the delicate designs in the woven pattern. Skirt is a pull on, elastic waist, straight, long with a handkerchief/fringed bottom that matches the top. No material tag.
