Vintage Gold(?) Ring

This LOOKS like actual gold. The only thing I have to go by is mostly worn away wording that I can only make out what SEEMS to be a “10”. That could be the karat number, the brand name, or anything else.🤷‍♂️🤣 It could even say something else, entirely. Hard to read it, even with a magnifying glass. No idea if the stones are actually diamonds or not. I’m no jeweler, but I sure hope you know someone who is! I guesstimate the size is around 9.5-10 something. Being sold as-is.
