Vintage Gold Tourmaline Sacred Heart Pendant

Beautiful old sacred heart piece formed with tiny metal scrollwork. This piece was originally a brooch but was converted to a pendant, gold over sterling silver. The 2” pendant hangs on a 16” gold fill chain. Faceted brown and red stones wire wrapped in gold could be tourmaline or sapphires.
