Vintage Good Times Polyester Blouse or Short Jacket

This is a vintage blouse made by Good Times. It would also make a cute short jacket over your sleeveless top. It has an '80s look and feel, and even has shoulder pads.It is marked as 100% polyester and Made in the USA. It is marked as size 10 and measures about 23 1/2" long and 20" pit to pit. There are some scratches on the buttons, but it's in otherwise great shape.
