Vintage Gorgeous 100%Virgin Wool Fitted Suit with Abalone buttons

This is a stunning suit. Looks handmade. The jacket is fully lined in black. Brand is Forstmann probably from the 50’s. Fitted waist and 7 Abalone shell buttons down the front with 2 pockets with flaps. Skirt is below the knee at 27” long. Waist is 12 1/2 on the skirt. Jacket is 28” long, shoulders 15” apart, armpit to armpit is 18”, waist is 14 1/2”, bottom (end) of jacket is 19 1/2”. It has been stored in cedar for over 40 years.
