Vintage Gorgeous turquoise top/ jacket Suede like

This top from Smooth Studio Petites is most likely from the late 90s or early 2000’s. I see no flaws. I am the original owner. I wore it a few times and just found it whilst trying to make some room in my closets. It can be worn on its own or with something underneath instead of a jacket. It is super soft and resembles suede but is machine washable!!!
