late 80s early 90s Accordion material maxi dress with built in vest at the shoulder. original shoulder pads fully intact. all black with tan/peach floral embroidery on the vest. zero flaws! measurements taken laying flat 15 inch pit to pit 24 inch sleeve length 49 inch long has medium amount of stretch! size 8. would fit women's medium/large in my opinion
