Vintage Grandma’s 70s Knitted Dress

Looking for a true vintage? Here’s my grandma’s dress from the 70s. Size 7 fits more like a size 2-4, I usually fit size 2-4 and this dress fits me perfectly. Super stretchy — bust 28” relaxed 34” extended; waist 20” relaxed 30” extended. There are several tiny holes on the dress, I’m trying to show as much as I can. Dress only; any accessory as shown in pictures are not included.
