Vintage Green Embellished Jacket XS

From the late 1990's A great detailed lightweight jacket. Green Size 40 best for a XS maybe Small. I believe I bought this at a sample sale in NYC there is no brand name on it and the inside tags look like what you use to get at sample sales. I believe it is Italian Machine Wash Cotton and Silk. Jacket had ruffles on the bottom and on the sleeves. Front zipper closure and zippers at the end of each sleeve. Measurements bust flat 18" length 21"
