This is a sweet vintage dress that is perfect for day or evening wear! It is an unlined deep teal green with little black tulips printed all over. It has a high button-back keyhole collar, long sleeves, button cuffs, (one cuff button has been replaced), light shoulder pads, and an elastic waist.
