Vintage Green Shirt Style Dress

Vintage Three Rs green with white flowers shirt style dress. Stretch thick polyester. Collared with short sleeves. Matching belt (one loop is broken) Button down to past the waist with mother of pearl buttons. Great condition for the age with only one small spot on the back (last picture). Tag is faded but I think it’s a size 14. Flat measurements 20” Bust 17” waist 22” hips 32.5” pit to hem
