Vintage Green Thin/Spaghetti Strap Maxi Dress, or Nightgown

My great-grandma sewed this, (hence the vintage), so I don’t have brand or material info, and it sadly doesn’t work well fit-wise or stylistically for any of my family members. The dress is fairly long, (I’m 5’6 but could only wear it with heels), and material is thin with a sheen to it. There are snap closures on one side.
