Vintage Green Velvet Skirt

Vintage green velvet mini skirt, sized for a 23" - 24" waist. Cute bow on the front (needs a little repair on one side of the bow as photographed). Zip and hook & eye closure at the back, two sets of hook closures to adjust sizing. No tag, I believe this is handmade based on the stitching. I have looooved this skirt and worn it many times, so I hope it goes to a great new home :)
