Vintage Gucci bag with Non-Gucci accessories

This is a vintage Gucci bag that I intended to customize but just haven’t had time for. There is an interior pocket with zipper, but the lining does have damage. The chain strap replaced the leather strap and I am including a green/red adjustable strap (not Gucci) and a tiger head (not Gucci, planned on paining either shiny black or shiny green and attaching it to the front). The bag is a great shape and the canvas is still in good condition (leather piping isn’t in good shape, see pics). Please feel free to ask any questions.
