Very cool vintage guess overalls ! True vintage product, exact sizing unknown since vintage sourced, but measures around a petite size 0 or a girls size 14/16. Measurements in photos, second to last photo is waist to end of pants, last photo is from top of bib down to the bottom of pants. :)

@jennammeyer first photo is from the waist and the second is from the seam to the top of the bib! So like first is inseam second is outseam if that makes sense
