Looks like a few quarter -half dollar coin size circles. Style notes : White with blue flower print. Fully lined. Tiebacks. Sleeveless. Polyester and cotton blend. Low bust line. Zipper back. Chest across :14.5 inches Waist across :14 inch Absolutely NO stretch and is lined so take that into account. Recommend size adult women’s small modern sizing maybe medium. Large bust wouldn’t fit well . Length: 58 inches approximately from top shoulder
