Vintage Gunne Sax Jessica McClintock bows 5/6

Found this adorable dress at a resale shop and my daughter wanted so bad for it to fit. Please check all measurements. I have no idea if it has ever been altered. My daughter is a 5/6 (she’s 5,2”) and it would zip about halfway. It fit everywhere but the bust. There is one small stain on the white satin at the top. It’s very light. See pic. I haven’t attempted to have it cleaned. There was a dry clean tag on it with the date of 2005. There is boning around the bust area and black tulle peels out of the bottom. It’s so cute! Size is 5/6! Black and cream satin Laid flat 15” at the very top. Bust area 14” waist 13 1/2-14” Hips 17”. From top to bottom of tulle is 31”.
