Vintage Gunne Sax by Jessica McClintock Prom Dress

Cue “I Feel Pretty” from West Side Story. The PRETTIEST and dreamiest vintage 80’s prom gown from Gunne Sax by Jessica McClintock. Think Bridgerton, Meg March at the ball in Little Women, Marie Antoinette, innocent romanticism & a bakery case of sweet confections. All that & more is this dress. Midi length. Structured strapless corset top with a lace overlay and trim. Deep v on the bodice which is covered in lace. Princess style drop waist. Beautiful full skirt with crinoline and lace underneath for extra poof. And the best part…a HUGE BOW on the back. Made in U.S.A. Good vintage condition with the exception of the hook and eye closure at top of zipper is missing its eye as well as a few spots near the base of the skirt that look like iron burns (see photos).
