Take me back to the 80’s! I begged my mom to buy me a dress like this to wear to the 8th grade dance. This one has no size in it, but could not zip it on my dress form so I assume it is girls not women’s. Waist measures 12” across when flat. Rescued this one from a thrift store years ago for my daughter to wear as a pageant talent costume.
