Vintage Gypsy Skirt with Sparkle

Turquoise blue skirt that is flat over waste and upper hip. Then flares out with the most fun of silver sequins and ends at mid calf. From late 90s or early 2000s from Wet Seal. When I was a teacher, I got constant compliments from students and teachers.
