Vintage H by Halston Velvet T-Shirt Blouse

Size M. 22” front, 25” back. Bought vintage a couple years ago and don't get much wear out of it. Slight damage at collar seam (see detail pic) but good shape otherwise, velvet is smooth. The lighting is a little funny here but this is a true black. Let me know if you have any questions!
