Vintage HORN Rice Stix St Louis Train Case Pennant One

Vintage HORN Rice Stix St Louis Train Case Pennant One. No key. Navy blue with cream trim. Nice stitching. Both sides latch but right side does not pop up. You have to manually push to right & pull it open. There is a ‘grandma’ smell due to age but not over powering. I have not tried to remove it. Inside is lined - purple dark blue. Inside has plastic covering bottom & sides and all in tact except one small spot - see picture. There is a place for mirror. Zippered pocket & zipper does work. Very nice vintage piece. Bottom has metal feet. No bundling due to weight. Probably from 40’s or 50’s. SR
