Vintage Haband for Her Floral Dress Black White Tie Belt Button Down Top 18P

Vintage black and white swirl and floral dress by Haband for Her. This dolman short sleeve dress has a button-up top with small white buttons that are closely spaced and run 3/4 of the way to the waist. It has a matching tie belt with string belt loops and an elastic waistband, wich is slightly crackly. There are a few very small stains on the dress, that are barely noticeable, unless up close and looking (see photos). Size 18P. It is made of 100% polyester. Machine wash warm, no bleach, tumble dry low. Approximate measurements: 43 1/2-44" long, shoulder seam by collar to bottom 25" wide, armpit seam to armpit seam (keep dolman sleeve in mind) 21" waist, at belt.
