Vintage Hall Edgewater Gold Vase

This is a vintage Hall Edgewater Vase decorated in gold by Wheeling Decorating Company. It is decorated with a raised pattern of Doves, Roses, and Daisies. Circa 1940 to mid 50s time period. This bulbous vase was manufactured by Hall China , shape #630. They have the Hall impressed Mark, the Hall stamp and Made in USA 630. The Wheeling Decorating Company would etch the surface of the Hall China blank with the raised Doves, Roses, and Daisies pattern, apply a suspension of fine gold and re-fire the piece to bond the gold to the surface of the vase. The vase is 5 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches at their widest part. Vase is in very nice condition. No nicks, chips, or cracks. Some general wearing away of gold around outer top rim.
