swampangel16 Could I have shoulder to shoulder measurement, as well as waist and hip? Thank you. , when you say it can be belted, is this meant to be oversize, or fitted? If so what would you say size ranges are on dress measurement wise (since sizes are SO arbitrary :( thank you )

saintpete @swampangel16 Shoulders are about 15.5". The rest of the dress is the same measurement all the way down (20" laid flat).
