Vintage Halston Heritage Sleeveless Silk/Chiffon Top

This is truly vintage as I can't find it anywhere, not even on here. This V neck blouse has a thick gold neck band/necklace neckline with a gold tipped tie string that can be used a few ways. The necklace part has some minor scratches, as shown. Otherwise, the top has never been worn and in great condition.
