Vintage Halston III Black Velvet Dress w/ Pockets

Belted black velvet cocktail dress with pockets. The luxe fabric is gathered at the shoulders and the straight back yolk with a full skirt and sparkly crystal buttons down the front and at the cuffs. The waist is elastic and features a leather lined velvet belt. Shoulder pads that can easily be removed. Lined in silk including pockets. Made in Hong Kong. Measurements are approximately as follows: Shoulders: 18.5”; Bust: 38” Bust; Elastic waist; expands to 30”; Hip: 42”; Total Length: 68”. Smoke free home. Excellent vintage condition.
