Vintage Halston. Gorgeous deep blue velvet wrap dress with pockets! Looks like tag says size 10. In excellent condition. Hook closure and elastic waist for a little stretch. Waist measures 13” laying flat will stretch to 16” Pit to pit 17 1/2” Shoulder to hem 47 1/2” Three small snags on the back (see last picture)
