Vintage Hand Beaded Party Dress 80’s / 70’s

I love wearing this dress!! It is like 2 pounds lol super heavy and beautiful. I am a size 2 so it’s very oversized for me and I love it. Size 3X so it hits right above the knee for me. I love the scalloped edges it makes it super special and I feel like Wilma from the flinstones lol.
