Vintage Hand Embroidered Nursery Children's Wall Decor. 70s

This beautifully detailed, handmade crewel embroidery framed piece is a truly lovely work of expert craftmanship. Having dabbled in needlepoint, I can attest that this took some serious skill and time to produce such amazing tiny details using a wide range of complicated crewel, needlepoint and embroidery stitches. The perfect throwback 1970's vintage wall décor for a nursery, playroom, or children's room. The needlework design is composed on a ecru linen fabric creating a colorful scene of classic childhood toys which centers on a beautifully furnished and decorated dollhouse full of details from the canopy bed with looping trim to a pink fuzzy bathroom mat to the striped wallpaper and bouquet of flowers on the dining room table. There's just so many tiny details to take in!
