Vintage Hand Painted Floral Design M & R Made Italy 382 / 603 . Has the M & R Sticker and painted or wrote Italy 382 / 603. Dish for Candy, Jewelry or other treasures. Approx 8" long x 4" wide x 4" high. Off white color with hand painted blue flowers and rose. Top is 3 D design roses flowers. Very pretty. Not sure on exact year.
