Vintage Hand Painted Flower Bangle Bracelet

This is a lightweight bangle with raised carvings on the outside of it. The flowers are a burgundy color with teal centers and leaves. It does look like it signed as shown in one of the pictures, but I cannot make it out what the signature is outside. dimension is 3.25 inches Inside dimensions diameter is 2.5 inches.
