The edges of the individual flowers have been outlined in a stunning pearlesque, opalescent puffy/3D paint. Bring it with you to the grocery store, library, school, picnics, walks! In great vintage condition! Due to its age, tiny bits of paint may be missing or lifting. The back has a small spot, inside has a small spot too but overall looks very clean.
